How To Order
- Submit your order and credit card number through our secure online order form. (All order information is encrypted for security.)
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order within twenty-four hours with a shipping estimate and order total.
- Important Note (Policy Change): We are happy to give our international customers an opportunity to approve shipping charges, but once you place your order, it is your responsibility to look for and respond to our shipping charge message. Please be sure that your e-mail address is one that will accept mail from northcountrymercantile.com. If we do not hear back from you by e-mail within twenty-four hours, your approval of the shipping charges will be assumed and we will go ahead and charge your credit card and process and ship your order.
- We ship international orders using Express Mail International or Priority Mail International only, and all orders must be insured. Note: International customers are responsible for any additional customs duties and brokerage or border fees. Our shipping quote is for our shipping charge only.
- You will be notified by e-mail when your order is shipped, and the message will include a copy of the invoice, order total, and shipping charges.
- Your credit card number will NOT appear on your paper invoice or in any e-mail message.
Notes
- We do not ship soap paints or colorants to addresses outside of the United States.
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
- Payment by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover only. We do not accept payment by PayPal, check, money order, or bank or wire transfer.
- Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed as though they had been placed on Monday.
- Prices and availability of any item subject to change without notice. Although we update this web site several times daily, sales sometimes outpace the updates and occasionally we may sell out of an item before your order is received. If this happens, your order will be adjusted accordingly.
- All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Any unauthorized returns will automatically be discarded.
