U.S. Orders
- All packages are shipped by either Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We will use the least expensive shipping method whenever possible. You will be notified by e-mail on the day your order is shipped to tell you the shipping method, shipping cost, order total, etc.
- All orders are insured.
- Depending upon the shipping method used, the delivery confirmation number or tracking number will be provided to the customer if requested.
- In the event of loss or damage, North Country is liable only for the actual cost or replacement of the order. If an order arrives in a damaged condition, save all packaging material so the Postal Service or UPS can confirm the damage. Damage must be reported to us within twenty-four hours after customer receipt of the order.
- Please note: Any refund or replacement order due to loss or damage will be issued only AFTER our claim with the Postal Service or UPS has been processed (thirty days after shipping date).
Non-U.S. Orders
- All orders are insured.
