Welcome to North Country's Soap Making Library! I established the library in 1998 when I started collecting recipes and hints from messages sent to my milksoaps mailing list. I only selected recipes or hints that were tested favorites, and I included the contributors' comments because I wanted the library to have a friendly feel and hopefully read like a community cookbook! Later I began adding material from our online forum, as well as articles I had written myself (mostly in response to reader questions). We are just beginning to get the soap making library material online in this new format, and we will be adding more information regularly. If you find any of this information helpful, we hope you will help the soap making library keep growing by giving back something from your own soap making experience... click here to submit recipes, hints, or questions. Each submission will be credited with the contributor's first name and last initial, and no e-mail addresses will be posted.
