(Two pound batch)
6 oz. coconut
6 oz. palm
17.5 oz. crisco
0.5 oz. castor
1 oz mango butter
10 oz water
4.5 oz lye
1 oz Mango FO
1 additional oz mango butter for superfat
orange pigment
Follow general soap making directions. I mix lye/water with fats at 120° and pour at 135/140. I live at the beach and because it is so damp here, I have found the higher temps solve the problem of not setting up.
