Polly’s Recipe for Coconut Creamsicle Soap

You could add any citrus fragrance and zest to this.

24 oz. coconut oil
24 oz. Olive oil
38 oz. Shortening (crisco)
12 oz. lye
18 oz. water with 3 t. sea salt dissolved

At trace add:

14 oz. coconut milk
1 T. tincture of benzoin (a preservative)
fresh zest from 2 oranges (I grated on the fine side of the grater)
1 T. calendula petals
5 oz. sweet orange EO

Save one cup to swirl if desired. I made mine four months ago and it still smells very orangey.
