Teresa’s Milk Bath Recipe

2 cups powdered milk
1/4 cup ground whole oats (use regular oatmeal and grind in coffee mill or food processor to make this a “fine” consistency)
1/4 cup Epsom salts
1/4 cup sea salt (I use a mix of fine and coarse grind)
1 oz vanilla fragrance oil (or fragrance of choice)
1 tsp of golden mica dust (looks really pretty as it clings to the Epsom and sea salts.

Mix well.
